SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a healthcare company in San Rafael CA. This position is full-time and this person will provide oversight of the accounts payable analysts and assist in resolving escalated issues related to accounts payable. The ideal candidate has a background in accounts payable and supervisory experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Provides general guidance and oversight to Accounts Payable analysts to resolve day to day issues related to Supplier invoices process or inquiries. Reports and reviews on the set KPIs measurements for the AP Team. Ensures accurate and timely payments. Performs weekly pay run with various payment methods. Reviews and approves Vendor banking details. Makes recommendations for process improvement of the AP process by investigating industry trends and providing recommendations. Acts in the role of back up to AP Manager for running weekly payments. Maintains files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Provides technical guidance to all levels of management within the organization on accounts payable policies. Assists AP Manager with 1099 filings. QUALIFICATIONS Associates Degree required. At least 3 years experience in Accounts Payable role required. Experience with running and reviewing reports in Oracle or SAP required. Experience with Banking platforms required. Working knowledge of general accounting principles required. Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers a plus. Experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator preferred.
