My name is Elias and I have been living in a 2 bedroom in Belmont. My roommate (lease Holder) has a 6 year old and has decided he can afford the place on his own. I work approximately 40-50 hours a week in the service industry downtown. So my current roomate (after taking December rent) asked if I could be out by December 15th which I may or may not be able to oblige (along with a refund of 200 I m assuming) otherwise I will have my current basement room until January 1st. He has been non-responsive to my attempts to clarify which indeed it is.I pretty much work as much as posssible watch some streaming TV (so internet is a plus) eat dinner and sleep. Being 37 my years of all-nighters are behind me. Ideally my roomate would be within 10 years of my age (but not a necessity) and either work as much as I do up to and including retired.
