I am a 46 yo City Parish employee that would just like a simple a quiet place to live. I am in the middle of a divorce and have been living in motels since March or last year. I haven t had a rental history since 2010 as my wife owns the home that we shared. I have student loans that are currently 90 days behind and have dropped my credit score considerably. I do have a simple battery conviction in my criminal history from 2011. Beyond all of this I am just a simple guy trying to start all over and would love to pay rent on a place that I can call home rather than to a motel. If anyone out there can lend a hand this holiday season I would greatly appreciative
