Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate supports logistics operations by performing several functions within the operation of the logistics facility. These functions include but are not limited to handling lifting sorting scanning picking pricing packaging boxing and processing inventory as required by corporate policy and procedure. Warehouse associates will perform a variety of operational tasks as directed by floor leads supervisors managers and management. Warehouse associate must be able to complete work accurately and in a timely manner to ensure productivity and safety metrics are met on a daily basis. Starting between 10- 11 hour early first shift only.Responsibilities Process goods for specific area of operations as assigned by Manager Perform required tasks that identify select and prepare goods for distribution Sort inspect and repackage goods as assigned Move trash and other waste to appropriate waste containers Count goods as required in a timely and accurate manner Remove labels or other markings as required during processing Assist in merchandising display maintenance and organization of sales floor and stock room. Follow guidelines for team lifting when appropriate Makes recommendations for process improvements Perform tasks in compliance with corporate operating protocol Performs all other tasks as assigned QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required Stable work history Basic reading and math skills (add subtract multiply divide) Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to meet production and accuracy standards in a fast paced work environment No felony convictions (Must pass background check) Benefits Medical dental and vision insurance.
