Hi my name is Laureen and I have section 8 housing and Im looking for an apt in a small apt building like a house converted to apts.( the older the better)a duplex or a small house. Now on section 8 housing the rent is paid by the government and the thought that your place has to be perfect to pass on section 8is just not true. I am a senior have no kids just one very small very well behaved chiuahaha whom i cant live without. I am quiet respectful and neat to a fault.I have been a property manager so i can repair just about anything. I have grown weary of looking at ads of huge apts that do not allow dogs etc. etc. I woould like a two bdrm but would settle for a one brm. i would like washer & dryer hookups maybe a small yard and a garage would be a dream come true.
