Duties would include but not limited to responsibilities for maintaining and overseeing the district operations of institutional kitchens in correctional facilities in a broad geographic area. Must be free for extensive overnight travel and home based out of the Oklahoma City OK area. Correctional and or law enforcement experience preferred. Food Service experience preferred but not a must. Must be well organized pay attention to detail and accuracy have some basic computer skills have the ability to work well with others good communication skills and excellent time management skills.
