Need a licensed general contractor to evaluate and perform work
I am looking for a licensed general contractor who can evaluate and perhaps hopefully perform work on a proposed home purchase I am thinking about. I have the inspection report but need to know exactly what needs to be repaired because it is a safety and health concern as opposed to just being a recommended issue. Time is of the essence so I would like someone to be able to look at the house and tell me what the seller is required to do in order to make the house conform with city requirements.
