Our company is currently seeking a motivated team-oriented individual with a positive attitude to fill the following position LAWN MAINTENANCE FOREMAN Responsibilities include Knowledge of Turf & Plants Weekly maintenance for both commercial and residential properties Knowledge of all Landscaping Equipment Drive company vehicle to customer location Pesticide Application experience Write routine production reports for all maintenance accountsIn Addition Be willing to learn the process and procedules set in place by our company Ability to spot problems address and solve them Possess a positive attitude at all times to maintain good client relationships Possess a positive attitude when working with other employees Verbal and written communication skills MUST HAVE 4-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY FOR POSITION Clean Valid Driver s License also requiredCDL License a plusCompetitive Salary based on experience
