employee development maintain and manage the electrician technical training program present progress of major projects to senior management on a periodic basic qualifications knowledge and relevant experience bachelor s degree in related field and 8-10 years experience or any combination of education and experience that provides the requisite knowledge to successfully perform the job have a good knowledge of asset management systems solid understanding of project management and successful delivery of objectives thorough working knowledge of msha and the national electrical code (nec) as they apply to the electrical field expert electrical technical knowledge of mining systems skills sound business acumen and well developed assessment judgment and critical thinking abilities strong conflict management skills to include resolution of complex employee relation issues strong written and oral communication skills strong customer service orientation proficiency with microsoft office
