Are you a recent college graduate from a Historically Black College University (HBCU) Minority-Serving Institution (MSI) who is ready to lead The NCDOT HBCU MSI Fellows Program offers real experience and learning opportunities to recent college graduates (< 3 years from graduation) who earned a Bachelors Masters degree from an HBCU MSI. All majors are welcome to apply especially those in Engineering Public administration Business administration Marketing English Journalism Planning and Project Management As an NCDOT Fellow you will engage in a 2-year fellowship with two 11-month rotations with select NCDOT business units.
