If you love having a 3-day weekend EVERY week this is a great opportunity If you love having OT every other week this is a great opportunity Our customer is looking for machine operators who are motivated and have the willingness to learn. Our customer also has a WEEKEND ONLY shift they are also looking to fill. Operators will work 3-12 hour shifts T W TH (2a-2p OR 2p-2a) and get paid for 40 hours given the full 32 hours are completed. Opposite weeks operators will work 4-12 hours shifts M T W TH (2a-2p or 2p-2a) and get paid for 52 hours given the full 48 hours are completed (12 hours of OT ). Great opportunities if you enjoy working in a smaller clean and quiet manufacturing setting This position will be a full-time temp-hire position after successful completion of requirements. Note - Pay rate for this job is 14.50 Hour - 16.00 Hour. Shift timing - All Available. Responsibilities Operators will be responsible for operating automated surface mount equipment to solder electronic components on printed circuit boards. Responsible for the overall operation of machinery including but not limited to Feeding materials for processing Adjusting settings Performing minor repairs Pulling finished product from the line Check inspect operation results against pre-determined tolerances Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment with a high volume workload Qualifications Experience in manufacturing setting preferred but not required Experience in the assembly of electronic assembly preferred but not required Previous experience in self-directed team environment a plus Must be committed to working safely Must maintain good attendance Must be committed to adhering to gowning PPE requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds max infrequently Must be able to lift bend twist stand and sit for the duration of shifts Pre-employment tour interview with the customer is required.
