Rather it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. There are many necessary activities to satisfy any of the following performance guidelines. Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour Shift Timing - All Shifts Responsibilities Exhibit active leadership model and support the company s key corporate objectives and strategies Set up and run equipment safely and efficiently in order to maximize output while meeting customer quality requirements Cross-train throughout all functions in the Fabrication cell as possible Consistently achieve the required rates and earned hours Continuously work to improve earned hours Inspect product for proper quality according to customer specifications Ensure proper deburring with no burrs in product and no nylon residue Measure and make adjustments on angle cuts Partner with tooling on tool maintenance and tool improvements Perform general machine maintenance as necessary to keep equipment in a well maintained condition Document process information using set-up sheets and or manufacturing orders Recommend appropriate process improvements to safety rates yield and inspection techniques Qualification Enthusiastic Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Team Player Works well as a member of a group High School or better. 1 years of manufacturing experience preferred Background verification required Drug test required
