The PeopleReady located at Shelbyville Tennessee 37160 is currently hiring a Production Worker Job Description PeopleReady ofMurfreesboro has an immediate opening for Production Workers in Shelbyville TN.This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening on First shift (Days). Applicants will be considered for any openings in the Beef Ground Beef and or Pork departments. Jobs are fast paced and require repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting and pulling up to 40 pounds. All work is performed in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 36 - 42 degrees and require standing eight (8) to twelve (12) hours per day. Applicants must be willing to work with knives if required and wear all proper safety equipment and must be willing to work overtime and weekends if required.
