This may involve moving inventory and helping with team reorganization efforts. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 18 Hour - 20 Hour. Shift Timings - All Available. Responsibilities Operate machinery Pack meat products (burgers ground beef pork etc.) Meet production output and bring about continuous improvement Utilize appropriate packaging and follow plan standards regarding product handling and expirations Communicate quality Issues to supervisor immediately Work in a team environment Fill production records Palatalize products Clean and sanitize equipment Qualification Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Accountable and Dependable Able to bend lift twist and stand for long periods of time Open to work in a changing work environment and able to multi-task May require some flexibility in working schedule (some weekends) Experience of food manufacturing procedures is an asset Must be fluent in English Must be comfortable working in colder environments Power jack and forklift certification is an asset
