Your responsibilities will depend on the client and also on the kind of stage you will be working at. Some event promoters take on different activities with each event having its own unique setup requirements. Different types of events managed by professionals include sporting events and corporate functions such as conference and trade shows charity fundraisers municipal festivals and parades. Pay Rate for this Job is 16.50 Hour Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) 3rd Shift (Night) Event Set Up Responsibilities Include Assisting with site setup working under the mentor ship of the event manager. Assisting with take down of events taking inventory of all items and packing them so they are ready for easy use at the next event Placing and arranging racks so the forklift has easy access to lift chair racks. Working in pairs. Lift and place stairs into pullout locations as per rider. Floor repairs and dasher repairs Event Set Up Qualifications Experience working with events or other fast-paced industry preferred but not necessary. Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Able to remain in stationary position for extended periods of time.
