The Project Manager will be responsible for planning organizing and directing the completion of metal construction projects. Ensuring projects are on time on budget and within scope. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED required Bachelor s Degree in a related field preferred 2-years cost estimating experience in metal fabrication steel service center machine shop or related fields Must have Customer service experience Must be familiar with processes such as welding plate bending plate rolling plate cutting and general fabrication techniques Must be familiar with ASME & AWS welding requirements Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must have experience communicating with customers estimating jobs writing orders work instructions purchasing materials etc. Must have good understanding of computer systems (Windows Office AutoCAD ERP etc.) Must have good math skills (pricing of materials estimation of internal labor costs.) Must be able to make quick decisions Must be very well organized & self-motivated. Must be a work well within a team environment.
