This is the essential training device for mastering the close-quarters blocking trapping and striking techniques. Comes complete with a set of Spring Arms and a set of standard PVC arms and reinforced PVC leg. The main body is solid commercial PVC and measures 5 foot tall and 8 inch diameter.
