Manage customer interaction for site installation set up delivery & installation. Coordinate with Rheonix engineering and science departments to conduct customer training & initial run support. Make initial supply order recommendations and deliveries. Perform customer follow-up after installation and understand verification strategy. Review and approve service reports. Work with quality to track and trend customer complaints. Provide feedback design changes to the engineering group based on customer requests interactions. Optimize and develop engineering solutions for current and future projects. Troubleshoot as needed.
