Scale Hospitality Group is looking for full time Pastry Cook at 488 Wellington St W Toronto ON M5V 1E3 Canada. There are 2 positions available.Main duties are as follows but not limited to Responsible for preparing high quality pastry items for service in a premium restaurant Set up cooking station with all the necessary baking ingredients and equipment Oversee kitchen operations such as Dishwashers Servers and Expeditors. Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment May clean kitchen and work area May plan menus determine size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies Adhere to the recipes provided by the Pastry Chef May hire and train kitchen staff.Hours of work are 40 hours week. Work hours can be anytime during the morning day evening or night. Pay is 16 hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed high school.
