The PeopleReady located at Calgary Alberta T2G 2W2 is currently hiring a PR 1301844 Event Setup Teardown Staff Job Description PeopleReady is hiringEvent Setup Teardown Staff for a temp opportunity at the SaddleDome Calgary AB.Immediate Opportunity In this position you are a member of the conversion changeover crew. Duties include converting the facility from hockey mode to concert or other event modes (and back). Any event oriented preparation setup required for shows or sporting events to run safely and efficiently other duties as assigned. Work requires significant physical effort walking (including stairs) and lifting heavy weights Shift Timings 2nd Shift (Evening) 3rd Shift (Night) & Weekends Responsibilities Include Lay down ice decking. Remove rink glass and dasher boards for event set-ups as needed. Set up and tear down folding chairs staging and risers as needed. Reinstall arena glass before returning to hockey setup Reinstall dasher board s exits as needed Install and remove the Lacrosse carpet. Assist with daily maintenance and upkeep of department equipment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
