Plan sales targets and marketing budgets authorize expenditures and monitor revenues daily weekly and monthly. Build working schedules and manage staff with assigning duties for daily operations. Hire and train staff. Manage inventory of eyeglasses contact lenses and designer sunglasses ensuring that supplies are ordered as needed. Analyzing data to identify trends in customer behavior preferences spending patterns and effect of competitors operations on sales to help improve store performance. Ensure that all products and services offered by the store comply with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain relationships with vendors and sources to ensure that the store has access to the latest products and services available in the industry. Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues. Handle customer inquiries complaints billing questions and payment extension service requests. Address staffing requirements including the hiring development and retention of staff.
