Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Control and monitor inventory and place orders for daily business. Build staff work schedules considering season events and vacation requests etc. Oversee staff training and coach based on their performance. Resolve customer complaints. Make sure health and safety regulations are followed.
