We are seeking for two project coordinators to oversee these projects. Job DutiesProvide on-site project management for Grandvilla Construction Ltd. residential construction teams Monitor the site progress and review the quality of the work completed and note any deviations from the project timelines or specifications Coordinate project management activities with schedules for client architects engineers designers the factory and state and local jurisdiction Set up and maintain record files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured Preview and prepare project proposal plans and contracts including time frame funding margins and procedures and scope of work for contracts Ensure as-built drawings are accurate completed and submitted Conduct building risk assessment and electrical risk assessment to complete the project acceptance. Ensure schedule requirements are met for all projects. Readily adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs resource availability and job requirements. Manage activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff manage projects review process. Qualification Bachelor s degree in construction technology engineer or related discipline is required. Demonstrated success in project delivery and execution of project management methods Project management experience in electrical construction is strongly recommended Two years of relevant experience in construction or related industry is required Ability to read and understand blueprints and prepare flowcharts schedules and step-by-step action plans Familiarity with project management software packages is an asset.
