We bring together the foremost technologically advanced tools for colon hydrotherapy and flotation with exquisite personalized service that transforms a procedure into an enjoyable luxurious holistic experience. Our company is looking for a customer service supervisor responsible for the following duties. Supervise daily operation of the spa coordinate and assign work to employees to ensure highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Establish and implement work schedules and standard operating procedures for the wellness center. Review current procedures and seek out process efficiencies and update as require. Provide training and on-going staff direction regarding tasks customer service and expectations. Ensure proper operation of all wellness equipment and machinery in our facility. Schedule for maintenance in a timely manner. Keep record of the centers inventory count. Purchase office supplies and materials to ensure sufficient supplies. Monitor and ensure that customer service standards are met for in-person telephone and email enquiries. Prepare periodic work summary and reports in regards to the centers operation and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints. Perform other duties as needed. Highlight and Qualifications Post-secondary education is required 2 years of experience is required Dependable approachable and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers Excellent customer service and interpersonal skill Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced team environment Ability to work under pressure Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
