West Coast Wild Foods is now seeking a full-time experienced Administrative Assistant. Job Title Administrative AssistantJob Open 1Employer West Coast Wild Foods Ltd.Working Location 8835 Northbrook Court Burnaby BC V5J 5J1 Canada.Wage 23.50 24.50 hour and entitled to 10 days paid vacation per yearHour of Work 30 40 hours per weekStart date of Employment A.S.A.P (will be adjustable) < Duties > - Prepare materials edit and proofread correspondence invoice and reports.- Assist to prepare presentations.- Answer and direct phone calls emails and respond to all inquiries.- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer.- Greet and direct visitors.- Maintain clients files and contact lists.- Fill out all application forms including online and paper forms.- Oversee and order office supplies and maintain inventory. < Requirements > Education Completion of secondary (high) school.Experience Completion of a college or related program for administrative assistants OR 2 years of previous clerical experience is required. < Essential requirements > - Extensive software skills such as word processing excel power point and database spreadsheet program.- Internet research abilities as well as excellent verbal communication and written skills.- Knowledge of office management system and procedures of Canada immigration and visas.- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work. < How to apply > By email at info.wildfoods(at)gmail.comPlease respond with a resume under a subject line Administrative Assistant in your email.
