Fall protection anchor points
Anchor points (or anchorage points) are permanent anchors within the surface of the structure. Fall Protection Anchor points are often installed on roofs to supply an attachment point for fall protection Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). A permanent anchor point is often used as a standalone anchor point for fall protection, in which case a user is secured on to the anchor point itself.
