SUMMARY Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for its client in Griffin GA. This person will be responsible for the delivery of a broad range of HR support and performs a variety of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will analyze support and perform responsibilities in the following areas benefits employment retirement and wellness. Works as an integral member of the HR team on initiatives to ensure data integrity. RESPONSIBILITIES Gives direction and advice on HR policies and processes to all levels of staff. Inform the leadership team managers general managers and staff of any changes. Assist or lead projects in Human Resources functional areas as needed. Handles recruitment and onboarding process. Partners with management in the selection of long and short-term talent. Maintains high standards for all employee coaching disciplinary documentation and terminations. Manages all company programs and ongoing training and development processes. Leads company meetings. Trains management on employee expectations performance relations retention and recognition. Maintains compliance with company federal state and local policies and regulations related to employment compensation safety worker s compensation and security. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in HR or related field required. Master s degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred. 6 years of experience required in HR Generalist role required. Prior experience in employee relations and employment law required. Strong communication verbally and written required.
