In a private session, your coach may personalise their instruction to your specific needs. Our coaches are qualified to tailor private lessons to your specific needs and to teach you just what you need to know to enhance your swimming. We also supply you with personalised training routines that you may use between and after sessions. While our class sizes are normally modest, you and your coach are the only ones in a private session (or in a 1-2 class, you, a friend and your coach). This means that the coach may concentrate only on you without having to cater to others at the same time. It also allows you to ask more questions, repeat content as needed, and overall benefit from your coach s experience in the method that best supports your learning process. If you have a busy schedule or are unable to attend our group classes for whatever reason, private sessions may be the solution for you. Because you are the sole student, you have greater freedom in selecting a time window that works for you. If you have access to your own pool, private sessions might be a great option to have your lessons right at your door.
