Assist with recruitment of potential applicants. Help organize and manage new employee orientation on-boarding and training programs. Assist in explaining and providing information on employee benefits programs and education. Sorting scanning and filling HR related documentation. Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Accurately complete the necessary forms and adhere to the company s policies and procedures. General knowledge of employment laws and best practices. Works safely at all times and complies with all safety regulations while working. Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner. Works with a positive attitude and reports all questions or problems to the immediate supervisor and or manager. Assists with safety-related items to include safety trainings coordinating the inspection of facilities preparation of Safety Committee meetings and other safety-related items. Available shifts Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements High school diploma or equivalent associate or bachelor s degree in human resources or a related field a plus. Work Experience 1 year working in a human resources department preferred. Technical Skills (Certification Licenses and Registration) Must have a valid California driver s license. Ability to take full ownership of assignments be self-motivated and team player. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure of time constraints and be customer service-focused. Proficient with Outlook Microsoft office suite. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision. Language Communication Skills Must be able to read and write to complete required forms in English and Spanish. Communicate effectively with management supervisors and co-workers. Work assigned schedule which may vary and could can include weekends and holidays. Ability to drive to the company s locations.
