Reads and interprets blueprints traveler requirements and manufacturing instructions. Sets up process equipment in accordance with product specifications using computerized or manually controlled equipment. Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce product while adhering to facility and regulatory safety guidelines. Assembles parts or assemblies into units. Completes final finishing of product such as flashing removal sanding or cutting. Verifies accuracy of completed product conducts and records quality inspection. May operate hand-held tools electrical tools and or pneumatic tools. Notifies supervisor regarding deficiency and difficulties with tool materials or malfunctions of equipment. Records and reports production labor hours along with the quantity and quality of the product. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner. Safely and efficiently operates industrial equipment to manufacture and assemble wire cloth screen media and screening accessories to be used in the mining aggregate and recycling industries ensuring to meet or exceed customer quality expectations. Available shifts Shift timings -1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) Job requirements Ability to adapt to frequent change delay or unexpected events in daily work assignments. Exhibiting flexibility in moving to other machines when necessary to achieve and maintain customer demands. Great attention to detail. Basic math skills I.e. addition subtraction multiplication and division along with the ability to use and or read basic blueprints calipers and tape measure.
