Deliver thorough reports on the business s operational state in a timely manner. Work with human resources to build and optimize the company s core teams interpret policies to employees and develop operations plans. Manage and supervise the daily routine of the business and ensure the work performance of regional managers and other mid-level managers reaches company s expectations. Distribute finances and coordinate personnel from multiple departments to assist the organization s major initiatives.
