Now we are looking for the experienced administrative assistants Employer Andrew Sheret LimitedPosition Full time Administrative Assistants-OfficeWorking (Business) Location 425 East Broadway Vancouver British Columbia V5T 1W9Vacancy 2 Main Duties-Support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for manager department or team.-Transcribe organize and compile all correspondence invoices and reports.-Open and distribute incoming telephone regular and electronic mail messages and other materials.-Oversight of executive email accounts to assist with catching and flagging urgent matters and support effective document and information flow.-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of clients or proper department.-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.-Order office supplies for department as requested.-Determine and establish office procedures.-Greet and directing clients visitors. Qualification- Completion of secondary school is required.- Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.- Fluent English skill is required.
