Establish HR policies procedures and structures that align with the organization s goals and objectives. 2. Ensure all employee records are up to date with new hire information and employment records related to promotion transfer and termination and ensure data accuracy and integrity. 3. Review employee work performance on a regular basis (monthly quarterly semi-annually and annually) to identify areas for improvement and development. 4. Conduct on-the-job training to employees as and when required to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Identify labor shortages manage the entire hiring process including job postings resume screening interviewing and offer negotiation and ensure the recruitment process goes smoothly by working closely with hiring managers 6. Review queries received from employees and respond promptly to resolve the matter in a timely and professional manner including performance management disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. 7. Monitor budgets by department and identify cost-saving opportunities. 8. Develop and administer health and safety programs to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations. 9. Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and trends and implement changes as necessary. 10. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives. 11. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 12.
