Eucalyptus essential oil

The leaves and branches of the eucalyptus tree, a tall evergreen tree native to Australia, are used to make eucalyptus essential oil. There are about 700 kinds of eucalyptus trees, however Eucalyptus globulus is the most often utilised species for essential oil extraction. The essential oil is extracted via steam distillation, which involves heating the plant material and collecting and condensing the steam, resulting in a concentrated liquid containing the volatile aromatic chemicals of the plant. Eucalyptus oil is well-known for its fresh, camphorous aroma and a variety of health advantages, including the ability to ease respiratory difficulties and calm tight muscles.
