Division Manager - Mansfield OH - JOB 23-00411Salary Range 65 000 - 75 000 Permanent Position with Benefits The Division Manager is a key position reporting directly to the President while maintaining regular communication with the Plant Manager.RequirementsOverseeing division operations Ensuring adherence to safety regulations Coordinating with various departments Managing employee training and reviews Determining production schedules Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of facility. Must effectively communicate with employees customers and suppliers Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service departments. Should possess strong leadership skills and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Excellent computer proficiency Maintain accurate records Support the Weiss Quality Management System A willingness to learn various aspects of the manufacturing enviromnent Physical capabilities such as occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds are necessary.
