I invented this realy neat small animal trap I named (TIP & TRAP) Vary easy to set just raise the gate up and tilt it all set. You set the sensetivity by moving the magnetic weight forward or back. Works well for small animals such as chipmunks or mice. Trap and release in your neighbors yard then they can buy one of my traps to.
