POSITION SUMMARY As a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist you will be responsible for educating leading and evaluating staff within our factory s functions for Continuous Improvement. You will evaluate data to assist us in identifying opportunities to improve our performance and processes. You will also be a team leader while completing routine industrial performance and engineering activities. The primary responsibilities of this position include TPM concept training and coaching as well as the use of important tools such as GSTD OPL DMAIC AM and others. This position interfaces with all levels and functions within our organization at the Jacksonville location. Their efforts are critical to achieving ground-breaking results in safety productivity quality cost and supply chain.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The role is responsible for the factory s manufacturing excellence implementation plan key pillar activities and industrial performance obligations reporting directly to the Production Manager and interacting functionally with Market ME Regional Managers.As we seek extraordinary talent to join our organization we keep our veterans and separated military members in mind.
