Efficiently handle our accounts from posting entries to ensuring all ledgers are up to date. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payrolls as well as payment processing for various bills. Efficiently manage all tax-related matters from form submissions to accurate tax return preparations. Craft detailed financial and accounting reports to assist in company-wide decision-making. Ensure all government-related documents from pension contributions to worker s compensation are submitted on schedule. Qualifications College s diploma in accounting bookkeeping or a related field is an asset. 2 years of experience in accounting bookkeeping or a related field. Technical Skills Familiarity with popular accounting software such as QuickBooks Xero FreshBooks Sage or Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
