Finish Carpenter-Position Finish Carpenter-Vacancy 2-Work Hours 6 8 hours per day or 30 40 hours per week (Full-time) Permanent-Wage 30.00 31.00 per hour (depending on experience)-Benefit 10 days paid vacation per year Job Duties -Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and calculate requirements.-Prepare layouts using different measuring tools.-Precisely measure cut shape assemble and join wood and wood substitute materials.-Finish surface of woodwork in houses and buildings using hand tools and paneling.-Work on new projects remodels or additions to existing wooden structures.-Fit and install different trim items such as doors stairs moulding etc. as required.-Supervise carpenter helpers and follow safety rules and regulations.
