Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities Arrange and co-ordinate conferences seminars etc. Answer phone calls and emails provide customer service schedules confirm appointments and manage contracts. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Carries out administrative duties such as filing typing copying binding scanning etc. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintains supplies inventory anticipating needed supplies and placing and expediting orders for supplies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
