The successful candidate will need to be able to perform bridge highway land development and or drainage design. Strong experience with AASHTO Ohio DOT and other pertinent design manuals. Able to pay close attention to details. Able to spot detailed differences and follow example designs or plans. Seeking candidates that possess a professional work ethic strong communication skills and the ability to work in both field and office. Strong initiative but will ask questions if they don t understand how to proceed with a design or project. Sufficient experience to know how to self-educate regarding new or unfamiliar design methods.
