With a growth and expansion of the business we are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can support team s administrative needs. The detailed information of this position is as follows Position Administrative AssistantWage 25.00 - 26.00 per hour (Depending on working experience)Working Hours 30 hours per weekTerms of Employment Full-time PermanentStarting Date of Employment As Soon As PossiblePosition Available 1Benefits 4 % vacation pay or 10 business days of paid vacationWork Location 8661 201 St 2nd Floor Langley TWP BC V2Y 0G9 Job Duties Prepare and proofread all communications including correspondences invoices receipts before sending to clients vendors and business partners Relay messages forward mail and email to corresponding team member to ensure flow of internal communications Check office inventory and place order when needed Support team administrative needs including reply to general inquiry via phone email or mail Confirm meetings set up meeting room greet and direct visitor to appropriate meeting room in a professional manner Attend meeting prepare report of meeting minutes and send to all attendees after the meeting follow up progress with attendees when requested Follow current office procedures and maintain filling system suggest improvements to benefit all team members with administration workload Help team member to make reservations and travel booking when needed Assist in research organize data and prepare reports for meetings Job Requirements Completion of secondary school is required Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries At least 1 year of previous clerical experience is required Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Team-oriented and attention to detail. Strong communication and time management skills.
