It is looking for licensed Long Haul Truck Drivers to join our growing fleet of professional drivers. Job main duties Safely moving freight to customers Manage his her assigned equipment to minimize fleet operating costs and maximize availability. Practice safe vehicle operation at all times. Recognizes that large truck equipment is always very visible on the road and responsibly. Perform brake adjustment and regular break checks including inspecting tires lights and temperature-controlled goods. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Record cargo information bookkeep bills driver s logbook including cargo hours and distances travelled related to the transportation of the cargo. Load and unload goods. Protect the integrity of cargo at all times and to minimize the risk of claims against the company by effectively managing potential cargo claim events.
