Employer Rayman Investments & Management Inc (o a Granville Island Hotel)Position Hotel Front Desk ClerkVacancy 2 Main Duties - Maintain an inventory of vacancies reservations and room assignments - Register arriving guests and assign rooms - Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter by telephone and in person provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests complaints - Compile and check daily record sheets guest accounts receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems - Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment. Requirement Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a college program in hotel management or experience with a hotel or hospitality-related facility would be an asset. Wage 19.50 20.00 per hourWorking Condition 35-40 hours per week.Work Location 1253 Johnston Street Vancouver BC V6H 3R9.
