(o a Sun Sushi)Position Full-time Food Service SupervisorOpen position 2 Responsibilities - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food - Perform restaurant opening closing reporting duties including cleaning dishwashing food storage etc.- Supervise staff performance and assign duties.- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.- Keep records such as the amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food - Train staff in job duties sanitation and safety procedures - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies - Address customers complaints or concerns (Respond to customer issues) - Maintain records of stock repairs sales and wastage. Requirement - Completion of secondary school is required.- 2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.- Good communication skills- Good knowledge of food preparation and service.
