Bookkeeper Inventory Specialist - Akron Ohio - JOB 24-00099Salary Range 35K - 38K An Akron Area company is seeking a Bookkeeper Inventory Specialist. The Bookkeeper Inventory Specialist is responsible for the completion of all business office tasks including but not limited to accounts payable private pay billing collections cash posting and general administration duties. Process physical inventory counts and reports. Works with GM on all physical inventories. Assist with general office duties when necessary.REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or vocational school training. Experience with bookkeeping. Experience with ERP systems (Southware preferred) Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable Fact-checking accounting data Experience knowledge with scheduling shipments. (UPS Worldship Export & Domestic) Must be detailed oriented. Must have good organizational skills. Must have good multitasking skills. Must be able to meet established deadlines consistently. Must have strong communication skills (written & verbal).
