Dehumidifiers Damp Check Damp Rid Moisture Absorber No matter what name they go by they all do the same thing. They absorb moisture from the air and collect in the provided container. They are useful for in virtually anywhere The best locations are restrooms closets (for clothes or supplies) and storage units (climate control or drive up). The question that people wonder is How many do I need . The attached picture shows a regular size that dehumidifiers come in. One of these are good for anything smaller than a 10x10x8 unit. This means restrooms closets small office or bedroom etc. Anything bigger than a 10x10 and you will need two of the regular size or you can find the large size for select brands (Damp Rid). The next question people ask is How do I use this . I promise this product is super easy to use. When you open the lid of this product you will find a bag with white pebbles or crystals inside and a seave. All you have to do is pour the pebbles crystals into the seave replace the lid and place the container on a surface that is at least hip height or higher. One of the frequent questions we are asked about this product is How does it work . You will notice that the seave does not meet the bottom of the container. There will be about a two inch gap. This is where the water pulled from the moisture in the air will collect. The substance that the pebbles crystals are made from attracts the water traps it in a coating then lets it drip down to the bottom of the container. This way the water doesn t just evaporate and return to the air. Once all the pebbles crystals are gone you just throw away the container and get yourself a new one.
