Inspector - Akron Ohio - JOB 24-00144Hourly Rate 18.00 HR Akron Area Truck assembly plant operation is seeking an Inspector. The Inspector is responsible for in process inspection final inspection control of nonconforming material and record keeping within the Quality Department.Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 1 years experience in an inspection role Must have general knowledge of air electric operations. Must have good communication skills (verbal & written) Must have good organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented. Must be able to use and read inspection tools. Must have a strong understanding of welding quality s. Must be able to read and interpret build prints and air electric schematics. Must have basic skills computer skills. Must be self-motivated. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
