Other minor duties may be assigned. Greet customers direct customers and other traffic and answer questions accurately Calculate payments and process credit handling transactions for customers Ensure that incoming garbage loads are safe and do not contain any inappropriate material Ensure that customers and employees conduct all business in a safe manner and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Provide general upkeep of the Scale House Operate proprietary software and other standard programs Complete all administrative tasks including regular filing of required reports Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his her attention Perform other duties as assigned including data entry and minor customer service responsibilities Approach all encounters with employees customers and vendors in a friendly service-oriented manner Available shifts Shift Timings 1st Shift (Day) weekends Job requirements Education and experience required - High school diploma or G.E.D and 0-4 years of previous experience Prior experience in customer service client facing position preferred Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
