SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for our client in Pottstown PA area. This individual would be responsible for delivering quality care to patients with cardiac issues. Recent graduates welcomed RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and provide care for patients. Provide support for adult to geriatric patients. Monitor patients with cardiac comorbidities DVT sepsis pneumonia and post-operative care needs. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans. Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor patients vital signs and detect abnormalities. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies procedures and safety regulations. Continuously assess patients conditions and respond to changes promptly. Facilitate discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing. Preferably experienced in the ICU or Med Surg setting. Has a valid PA Registered Nurse License. Preferred certifications of Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification.
